Gotipua Dance

It is one of the oldest dance forms in Odisha, a south eastern state of India. This traditional dance provided an inspiration to the now famous classical dance form Odissi. Gotipua has been in existence for centuries. It may not be as old as time, however it is quite old. Only young boys below the age of 12 practice this dance form.

Bells

Before worshipping the Deities in temples or before beginning a puja rituals at home, we ring the bell as a sign to invoke the God & Goddesses. In Japanese religions sometimes a person simply claps their hands to attract the attention of the gods.

Boita Bandana

Kartik Purnima is also known as the Boita Bandana or Boat festival in the state of Odisha. Men, women, and children celebrate the festival by setting afloat miniature boats to mark the occasion. These boats are floated along with lighted lamps, betel leaves, flowers, milk, cracker fruits, and coins to mark a thousand years old boat festival.

Odissi Dance

It is a classical India dance form and it originates from the state of Odisha. It is a sensuous and lyrical dance form. Considered a dance of love, it touches on the human and the divine aspects of life. It also touches on the subtleties of life, as well as the mundane.

Rathyatra or Car Festival

Rath Yatra or Jatra is the celebration of the Lord Jagannath, who is believed to be the Lord of Universe's journey towards his aunt's house. Though it is a Hindu shrine but this chariot festival is not associated with any particular denomination of Hinduism entirety, though there are several common aspects with Vaishnavaism, Saivism, Shaktism, Buddhism and Jainism.

Bells

In many Shinto shrines there are special bells, the sound of a bell is considered to bring good luck and drive away misfortunes. Near Buddhist temples you'll often find the placement of a large bell. For a fee of 100 yen visitors can strike the bell with a large attached bar, and it's believed that by doing this a person's dreams will come true.

Lantern Festival

In Japan , The hauntingly beautiful festival of Toro Nagashi (literally, "floating lanterns") is one of the major events in Japan’s yearly calendar.Families come together to guide the spirits down to the sea using traditional candle-lit lanterns (toro). In the Japanese belief system, all humans originally came from water, so the lanterns visually represent the spirits’ return to the elements

Dwarka Dham

Dwarka on the western tip of the Kathiawar Peninsula is clubbed with the holiest sites in India – the Char Dhams that include Badrinath, Puri and Rameshwaram. It is believed that Lord Krishna arrived here from Braj in Uttar Pradesh to build the city. The temple was established by his grandson. It is at the cusp of the Gomti River and the Arabian Sea, providing a scenic backdrop to the spiritual site.

Badarinath Temple

It is one of the holy shrines for Vaishnavites among the 108 divya desams incarnation of Lord Vishnu located in Chamoli, Garhwal, Uttarakhand. Badrinath town is also the part of Panch Badri temples including Yog Dhyan Badri, Bhavishya Badri, Adi Badri and Vriddha Badri, along with Badrinath temple.

Kedarnath Temple

It is one of the sacred pilgrimage centre in Northern India, located on the bank of Mandakini river at an altitude of 3584 meters above sea level near Rudraprayag, Garhwal, Uttarakhand. The historical name of this region is called as "Kedar Khand". Kedarnath temple is a part of Char Dhams and Panch Kedar in Uttarakhand and one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva in India.

Rameshwaram Temple

Spiritual belief in the hearts of worshippers is something that keeps them going through thick and thins of life. And this temple here in Tamilnadu, is not just any temple, it is one of the holiest Hindu Char Dham sites. Rameshwaram along with Badrinath, Puri and Dwarka are the famous temples of India that are visited by pilgrims to attain salvation.

Jagannath Dham

It is located in the east of India is considered to be one of the four Vaishnava dham. The Four Dhams of India are the four Vaishnava shrines defined by Adi Guru Shankaracharya. Where every Hindu must go in his lifetime, which will help Hindus to attain salvation.It is also located in the state of Odisha in the east of India.Puri is world-famous for Jagannath Rath Yatra.
